PLAINFACTS.COM™ will never divulge information about a member to any third party unless required to do so by law, such as by subpoena or court ordered warrant, and never without notifying the member.

We require only the information necessary for membership registration and billing. This information includes your name, address, Email address, and credit card (if applicable). Your personal statistics, preferences, habits and tastes are not required.

Member's personal suggestions or opinions given voluntarily through our feedback line remain the sole intellectual property of the member and will not be posted, published or divulged to any third party without their written consent.

Additionally, we collect information about your use of our site through the transfer of "Cookies" to your hard drive. These computer files allow us to monitor how our site is used and to update and improve our service. Only "aggregate" or collective information, such as the number of subscribers using our site, may be made public at our discretion. Information relating to any specific subscriber's use will remain the sole property of PLAINFACTS.COM™ and will be subject to the same privacy precautions as described in paragraph 1. Each member will be given an encrypted password for access to the site and to his or her account information. It is the responsibility of the subscriber to keep this password confidential and to request a password change immediately upon discovery of the misappropriation of his or her password.

PLAINFACTS.COM™ may periodically send each member informational or promotional mail or Email. Members have the option of being deleted from this mailing list by sending Email to: support@plainfacts.com

In the unlikely event of changes to this policy, notification will be made by posting revisions to the website and through Email. Members have the option of being eliminated from the database if changes occur and would have to give approval before their information was used differently than originally described.

Use of the website constitutes acceptance of the privacy policy, and continued use after any revisions to the privacy policy constitutes acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to the provisions of the privacy policy, simply do not register your membership to PLAINFACTS.COM™.
